Pick Up & Drop Off
In rare cases where a fault cannot be resolved through the replacement of parts, we may arrange for the item to be returned to our service centre. We will cover return costs within the UK mainland only where the fault is deemed to be covered under warranty. Outside mainland UK, including Scottish Highlands, additional charges will apply.
What To Do If There Is a Fault?

- Collection and Repair: If the issue requires the item to be returned, we will work with you to get the item back to our service centre to get it fixed.
