Why isn’t my promo code working?

- Code Entry: Some promotional codes include a mix of numbers and letters that can be easily confused. If you’ve received your code via email, try copying and pasting it directly rather than typing it out.
- Expiry Date: Ensure the code hasn’t expired by checking the offer’s validity date in the terms and conditions.
- Eligible Items: The items in your order might not be included in the promotion, or the code may not be usable alongside other discounts. Please refer to the offer’s terms and conditions for details.

Do you offer price matching?
We do not offer price matching. We regularly review our products to ensure we provide the most competitive pricing both in-store and online. Please note that prices in-store and on our website may vary due to exclusive promotions available either online or in-store at different times.
Do you offer a discount for Blue Light card holders?
Yes, Blue Light card holders can enjoy up to a 10% discount, applicable in-store only. Please be aware that this discount can only be applied to full-priced items. Unfortunately, items on sale, part of other promotions, or reduced in price are not eligible for this discount.
What couriers do you use?
We work with several courier partners, including:
- Royal Mail
- Yodel
- DHL UK (formerly UK Mail)
- FedEx (formerly TNT)
- Palletways (for pallet deliveries)
The choice of courier depends on the delivery address, as well as the size and weight of the items you have ordered.
How do I track my order?
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your delivery details, including the courier used, the tracking number, and a link to track your delivery and make any necessary amendments or requests.
