Tools To Go is now proudly under new ownership. While the brand may be familiar, everything behind the scenes has changed – including the team (we have retained some of the former staff who have deep product knowledge and experience), service, and commitment to our customers. We’ve acquired the rights to the Tools To Go name, but we are a wholly separate business.

If you’re a past customer with outstanding issues related to orders, warranties, or service before our takeover, we want to be as helpful as possible – but please understand that we are unable to process refunds, returns, or complaints for actions taken by the previous company.
